October in a Glimpse

I fully intend to update more later - as October has flown by and Miss Abigail is just full of so many new things - from more words to doctor visits to new things she can do.... October has been a fast month. Between turning 30 and taking on a long-term sub job, things are moving fast around here. I try to use what free time I get to be with John and Abigail.... Abigail just continues to "Wow!" us with all that she is doing now-a-days. The "twos" are upon us - As sweet as she is, when she gets mad about something, watch out. She is also becoming quite a little goof ball and is aware when you are watching her act silly. We are having so much fun with her right now!!

She hasn't figured out how to get in and out by herself, but pictures like these tell me it probably isn't too far away.

She loves wearing mine and John's shoes. She is in love with her dolls and other stuffed animals. Just last night I caught her trying to put one of her diapers on one of them.

I was supposed to sell this little chair at my neighborhood yard sale for my brother, but Abigail took a liking to it when my brother said it was for her as he put it in the car next to her. I think she thinks it is her throne. She takes that chair many places in the house. Her latest is putting it on a chair to sit at my piano, but it has also been on the couch and at her piano.

I hope to post soon about a trip to the zoo with Grandma and Grandpa and her cousins.

Last weekend we went to a Pumpkin Patch -- I must over photograph my child because she is starting to tell me "no!" when I want a picture....
