Having had both I say cox! I hated qwest! They were awful! I've never had any problems with cox! I think they might be slightly higher cost, but worth it!!!!
I would also go with Cox. We ahve qwest for our fax and we don't like it.
Well that is funny, because I had tons of problems with cox and not very many with qwest. Doris
I'm all for Qwest. We use to have Cox and had so many problems... we have not had any since we switched! But I think it may depend on your neighborhood... Good luck!
